Greg St. Jacques has stepped into a new role as Head of Growth at Pyramid Systems, where he will lead efforts to expand the company’s federal technology business and strengthen its employee-owned model.
St. Jacques has been with Pyramid for more than five years, most recently serving as Vice President of People & Growth. In that position, he oversaw human resources, talent acquisition, and employee engagement while also taking on responsibilities in account delivery, operations, and business development. He helped drive Pyramid’s work with the Department of Veterans Affairs and positioned the company to grow its pipeline across the Department of Defense, national security agencies, and federal civilian markets in areas such as DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.
Before joining Pyramid, St. Jacques built his career leading large-scale talent and growth strategies at major organizations including Walmart, PwC, Korn Ferry, and QinetiQ North America.
