Top Ranking MS-13 Leader Extradited From Mexico, Arraigned on Terror and Racketeering Charges in Court

A high-ranking leader of La Mara Salvatrucha, also known as MS-13, has been arraigned on a four-count indictment charging him, along with a dozen other high-ranking MS-13 leaders, with directing the transnational criminal organization’s unlawful activities in the United States, El Salvador, Mexico, and elsewhere over the past two decades.

What to Know About Cuts at Cybersecurity Agency

The White House says federal agencies have until March 13 to present plans for large scale layoffs. Among the targets is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, which defends Americans from cyberattacks from U.S. adversaries.
