The U.S. Border Patrol officials held an event Tuesday to raise awareness of the dangers migrants face while attempting to illegally cross the border into the United States.
El Paso Sector Chief Patrol Agent Anthony Scott Good held the press conference at Mount Cristo Rey in Sunland Park, New Mexico.
“Effective border security relies on a strong community,” said Good.
